Celery Soup with Cheese

A delicious soup with a distinct flavor and taste.

500 g Celery
300 g white potatoes
  500g Parsnip
200 g Gouda Cheese
200 g cream 20% fat
  Sea salt to taste
Croutons   to taste
1. Cut the potatoes celery, parsnip and cheese into cubes. 2. Boil celery, potatoes and parsnip in about 2 liters of water. 3. Mash and mix everything with cream. 4. Add salt to taste. 5. When serving, add chunks of cheese in hot soup. 6. Serve with croutons. Enjoy!
