These are said to be like the Cheddar Bay Biscuits from Red Lobster. I have never had them, so I don’t know. What I do know is that they are warm, buttery, moist, delicious and super easy to make! Note: No need to buy Buttermilk. Add one teaspoon lemon juice to a liquid measuring cup then add milk until amount reaches one cup. Let sit 5 minutes, stir and use.

2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/8 teaspoon seasoned salt
6 tablespoons butter cold cut in small cubes
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cup cold buttermilk
