Cheeseburger Casserole in the Ninja

This could easily be adapted to a freezer meal.

4 cups uncooked egg noodles
2 tsp oil
1/2 cup frozen diced onions
1 garlic clove, minced
1 1/2 pound ground beef
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 small can tomato paste
28 oz diced tomatoes
2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
2 cups reduced fat grated cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped dill pickles or relish
In the Ninja, brown the ground beef with the onions. Add the remaining ingredients, except for the noodles , oil and cheese. Simmer on stovetop low. In the meantime, cook the noodles with oil in a separate pot. When noodles are done, drain & add to the mixture in the Ninja. Top with cheese and cover until cheese is melted.

1 c dry breadcrumbs
1 c Corn Flakes cereal crumbs
2 t sugar
2 t paprika
2 t onion powder
2 t garlic powder
2 t kosher salt
1/4 c canola oil
3-4 lbs. bone-in chicken pieces ( skin removed )
