These Cheesecake Bars have a delicious sugar cookie crust and a distinctly lemon flavor that makes them taste like a cross between cheesecake and a lemon bar

2 (8 oz) pkgs cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp grated lemon zest
2 1/2 tsp vanilla
