For the brownie batter
4 large eggs
1 & 1/4 cups cocoa powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp instant espresso powder, mixed with 2 tsp water
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 & 1/4 cups sugar
1 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 & 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
For the cheesecake filling
1 (8oz) package cream cheese, softened
3 tbsp sugar
1 egg yolk, large

1 & 1/4 cups cocoa powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp instant espresso powder, mixed with 2 tsp water
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 & 1/4 cups sugar
1 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 & 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
For the cheesecake filling

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder, espresso mixed with water, and vanilla until well combined.
