Cheesy Buffalo Chicken Dip

I whipped up a double batch of the recipe posted on Frank’s website for my Thanksgiving gathering and it’s a darn good thing I did. This stuff was GONE in no time at all.

16oz cream cheese (softened)
2 cans premium white chicken (12.5 ounces each)
3/4 cups Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce
1 cup buttermilk ranch dressing
1 cup shredded cheese, pizza flavor variety
Assorted bread & celery for dipping
Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients in large bowl until well blended together. Pour into a glass baking dish and bake for 20 minutes until bubbly around the sides.

Who doesn't love having a good Caesar salad! However, having Caesar salad in restaurants is never a healthy choice. As, it is always loaded with excess fats and calories. I have prepared an entirely healthy homemade Caesar salad in a tortilla bowl that rivals that of any restaurant.

Toss with the crisp lettuce, drizzle with the guilt-free flavorful dressing and finally top with croutons and cheese for the perfect main course!
