Cheesy Egg Bake

A perfect dish for Sunday brunch!

1 tube crescent rolls, reduced fat
10 eggs ( 5 egg whites)
1/4 cup skim milk
1/2 cup sour cream, light
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Pinch of salt
Dash of black pepper
1tbsp dried chives
-Roll out crescent roll dough and press flat into greased baking dish. -Spread sour cream over top -Sprinkle chives and onions evenly. -Lightly scramble eggs and milk together and pour evenly over top. -Sprinkle with cheese. -Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes or until center is cooked throughly. -Enjoy!
