These Cheesy Havarti Breakfast Biscuit Stacks are so easy to make! They are the perfect breakfast for your family during the busy holidays!

2 cups bisquick
½ cup + 2 tablespoons sour cream
½ cup clear lemon lime soda
¼ cup melted butter, divided
2 slices Arla Dofino Havarti Cheese Slices, chopped + a few more slices if you want to top each serving with melted cheese

8 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
salt & pepper to taste
½ cup + 2 tablespoons sour cream
