Cheesy Homemade Corndogs

Today I decided to make some corn dogs but I decided to add a twist to make them more fun, healthy, and different from traditional corn dogs, by combining hot dogs and cheese – which kids always seem to love. Of course, if your child doesn’t like hot dogs, you can replace it with an entire cheese stick if you want! In our case, my son loves hot dogs and cheese so I combined them both and he loved them!

1 Egg
4 Tablespoons of Creamed Corn (homemade or from a can)
1/2 Cup of Sugar
1 Pinch of Salt
1/2 Cup of Corn Flour
1 Cup of Flour
1 Cup of Milk
2 Tablespoons of Baking Powder
Hot Dogs, cut into cubes
Mozzarella Cheese cut into cubes
Skewers
4 Tablespoons of Creamed Corn (homemade or from a can)
1/2 Cup of Sugar
1 Pinch of Salt
1/2 Cup of Corn Flour
1 Cup of Flour
1 Cup of Milk
2 Tablespoons of Baking Powder
Hot Dogs, cut into cubes
Mozzarella Cheese cut into cubes
Skewers
Beat the egg together with the creamed corn until well mixed. Add the milk and continue mixing.
Add the two flours, the salt, and the baking powder and mix well.
