Cheesy Potato Soup

Creamy, hearty, filling and cheesy. It's so delicious, even my toddler cleans his bowl!

6 Potatoes (I used red potatoes)
4-6 pieces of bacon or 1/2 cup bacon bits
1-2 onions
1/2 cup Velvetta cheese cubes
6 cups of Chicken Broth (canned or from bullion cubes)
3 cups of milk
1 Tbs garlic powder
1 Tbs parsley flakes
2 tsp celery salt
Shredded cheddar cheese
