Cheesy Sausage Mini-muffins

Enjoy these as appetizers, breakfast, brunch and even just snacks.

1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Cheddar Cheese Soup
½ cups Water
1 pound Hot Sausage
8 ounces, weight Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Grated
2 cups Pioneer Biscuit Mix
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Brown hot sausage and drain. Blend cheddar cheese soup and water. Add grated cheese and cooked sausage. Mix well. Add Pioneer Biscuit Mix and stir until welll blended. Spray Pam (or generic cooking spray) into mini muffin pans. Spoon muffin mix into pan. Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until brown. Turn out onto a paper-towelcovered cookie sheet. Repeat until all are cooked. Store in a cool, dry, SAFE place.
