Cheesy Spaghetti Squash Broccoli Bake

Better then pasta baked squash with broccoli. You can add chopped chicken to make it a main dish.

1/2 Spaghetti Squash (cooked)
1 cup Fresh Broccoli (chopped)
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 tablespoon butter
1 clove Garlic (chopped)
1 cup Fresh Mushrooms (sliced)
2oz cheddar cheese (shredded)
2oz mozzarella cheese (shredded)
1/4 cup fat free half & half
salt & pepper to taste
1/4 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
1 cup Fresh Broccoli (chopped)
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 tablespoon butter
1 clove Garlic (chopped)
1 cup Fresh Mushrooms (sliced)
2oz cheddar cheese (shredded)
2oz mozzarella cheese (shredded)
1/4 cup fat free half & half
salt & pepper to taste
1/4 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
