This breakfast burrito is delicious, easy and takes less than five minutes to make from the time you open the fridge until you take that first scrumptious bite. If you who are too busy or too lazy to take alot of time on the first meal of the day, this recipe is perfect for you!

1 cup fresh spinach, torn or cut into smaller pieces
1 egg
1/3 cup shredded mozarella cheese
1 flour tortilla
1 Tbsp. sour cream

Spray a microwave safe bowl with cooking spray.
Place spinach, egg and cheese in the bowl.
Stir with a fork until everything is well mixed.
