Eggs, zucchini, and cheese combine to make a lovely dish for any meal.

4 cups (lightly packed) shredded zucchini
1-tsp salt
1 1/4- Cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2-Cup grated onion
1/4-tsp pepper
1/4- tsp garlic powder
1/4- Cup Bisquick
5- Eggs beaten
1-Tbsp Butter
