Cherry Chip Cheesecake Cookies

Simple and unique cookies that are rich and soft, just like cheesecake. Uses a cherry chip cake mix, but is also yummy with funfetti cake mix for a cake batter flavor, or chocolate for a fudgey flavor. Only 5 ingredients and so good!

1 box cherry chip cake mix (or desired flavor)
1 (8 oz) package of cream cheese, softened
1/4 c butter or margarine, softened
1 egg
1/4 tsp vanilla

!. Cream together cream cheese and butter. 2. Add in egg and vanilla and mix thoroughly. 3. Add in cake mix, half at a time, and mix thoroughly. 4. Bake at 350 for 8-10 mins.
