Soft, chewy chocolate cookies with melty mint chips.

1 cup butter (2 sticks)
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 1/4 cup flour
2/3 cup cocoa
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
