Chicken Bowtie Casserole in the Ninja

Another family favorite! Perfect for leftovers the next day.

3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
1/2 onion, chopped
1 tsp minced garlic
1 (15 oz) tomato sauce
1 can diced tomatoes
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp Italian seasoning
16 oz bowtie pasta, cooked
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1. In the Ninja, cook chicken with onion & garlic until done. 2. Add the remaining ingredients except for the cheeses & pasta. 3. Simmer on stovetop low for about 30 minutes, or until bubbly & heated through. 4. Add the cooked pasta in the Ninja & stir. 5. Turn the Ninja off, add the cheeses & cover for about 5 minutes.
