1lb Penne Pasta, cooked
Cooked Chicken, cubed( about 1lb)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
3 cups shredded Mozzarella Cheese
8 oz Chicken Broth
12 oz. Caesar Dressing
Preheat oven to 350° Cook Pasta according to box Cut and cook your chicken while the pasta is cooking Combine pasta, chicken and remaining ingredients in a large bowl and stir Pour into a 9×13 baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.

Marinated Taro Root

8 small taro roots
water
salt
1 cup yogurt, mixed with enough water to submerge roots (add salt)

  1. Wash the taro roots well.
  2. Slightly cut a slit into each root, but not big enough to split the root into two pieces. This will allow the water and marinade to go into the taro root
