CHICKEN CORDON BLEU MEATBALLS, the most amazing holiday appetizer ever! Chicken meatballs stuffed with swiss and ham and cooked in a white wine dijon sauce. I could eat these for every meal!

For the Dijon Cream Sauce:
• 2 tablespoons butter, unsalted
• 2 tablespoons flour
• 1-cup milk
• ¼ teaspoon ground white pepper or black pepper
• ¼ cup heavy cream
• 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
• ½ chicken bouillon granule cube, crushed
• ½ teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
• ¼ cup white wine
• ¼ cup grated Parmesan Cheese, optional
