This dish has the same delicious taste as the traditional Chicken Cordon Bleu, but in a pasta dish.

12 ounces bowtie pasta
3 tablespoon unsalted butter
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1/4 cup all purpose flour
2 cups half and half
4 ounces shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 cup + 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
4 thick slices of ham, cut into bite sized pieces
