Chicken Fettuccine is SO easy in the Ninja Cooker

6
5-6 chicken breast, cubed (completely unthawed or partially frozen)
3 jars of Alfredo Sauce, 16 oz.
6 slices of Swiss Cheese
5 T Parmesan Cheese, grated
2 T of garlic powder or 2 garlic cloves, minced
Salt & Pepper to taste
2 lbs Fettuccine noodles, uncooked
1. Spray the Ninja with cooking spray or use a little oil. 2. Cook the chicken on "stove top" medium or high setting until cooked thoroughly, use baster to suck out any extra juice. 3. Add 2 cups of water to cooked chicken. 4. Place uncooked fettuccine on the chicken. 5. Pour Alfredo Sauce over the fettuccine. 6. Add remaining ingredients and cook on "stove top" low for about 40 mins or until pasta is done. 7. Sprinkle with a little Italian seasoning. 8. Stir before serving. * May add broccoli or mixed veggies before pouring on the Alfredo Sauce. Serve with garlic french bread and a salad. NOTE: If you reheat leftovers in the Ninja, add a little water so it will not be dry.
