When I first tried this dish, I was overwhelmed. Though I had enjoyed Chicken French before, never had I tasted anything THIS good. And, to be able to make it myself? Wow! If you like Chicken French, you are going to LOVE this.

4 chicken breast halves, boneless and skinless
2 T. olive oil
2 eggs
1/2 cup white flour
1 T. sugar
1 T. Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup cooking sherry
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 pound butter, salted
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 T. garlic powder

Dredge the chicken in flour, then dip in the mixture of egg/sugar/Parmesan cheese.
Fry in an oil coated skillet, preheated on medium.
