Chicken in Creamy Cilantro (Coriander) Sauce

This Chicken in Cilantro or Coriander Cream Sauce recipe is quite easy to make and requires little ingredients and is cooked on a skillet. It is very creamy and the cilantro add just the right flavor.

500g chicken breast, fillet cut into smaller pieces
1 cup corriander, chopped finely
200 ml all-purpose cream
1 tbsp butter
2 Tbsp fish sauce
1 tsp pepper
1/4 -1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup oil
