This recipe is healthy and filling! With a broccoli-bean base and delicious ground chicken, you'll be making it all winter.

5 cups chicken stock
1 large onion, chopped
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 large stalk of broccoli
1 lb ground chicken or chicken sausage
4 cups shredded and ribbed kale
2 cans of cannellini beans, rinsed
olive oil, salt, pepper, other seasonings as desired
