    • skinless chicken breast
    • Salt
    • Pepper
    • Flour
    • 2 eggs
    • Panko ( Japanese bread crumbs typical )
    • Cooking oil

Curry ingredients :
    • 2 carrots cut into round
    • 2 large potatoes diced
    • 1 onion sliced
    • Dry white wine to taste
    • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
    • Cooking oil
    • 4 blocks of Japanese curry
How to make :     1 . Chicken breasts with salt and pepper .     2 . Apply to the flour which has been given a bit of salt .     3 . Dip into beaten egg .     4 . Smeared with panko .     5 . Fry until lightly browned . How to make curry :     1 . Saute onion until fragrant .     2 . Then input carrots and 4 cups of water . Cook for 15 minutes .     3 . Then input the potatoes , stir and let stand until potatoes are cooked .     4 . Add Japanese curry , soy sauce , dry white wine and let sit for a moment .     5 . When it has thickened , turn off the heat . Serve with rice , curry and chicken katsu .
