Chicken Nanking by Valent

This is the secret recipe of mine, let's see.

Ingredients:
150 g chicken fillets, chopped
Bago 5 pieces of shrimp, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
salt to taste
Pepper powder to taste
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 onion
2 tablespoons margarine
10 g peas

Seasoning Sauce:
5 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce english
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tbsp chicken powder
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
How to Make: 1. Combine minced chicken with cornstarch, pepper, and salt, lulu widen, separate into 2 layers. 2. Stack the 2 layers of it while at the tap-tap so solid. 3. Heat oil and deep fry. Once cooked golden brown, remove and drain. 4. Heat margarine and saute the onion until wilted and peas. 5. To make the sauce, all the ingredients into a heated sauce, then Thicken with cornstarch, lift. 6. Arrange the fried chicken, then pour the vegetables and sauce.
