“Chicken” Pad Thai Nachos

These Nachos are sweet, salty and different. They are perfect for those wanting to glam up everyday Nachos!

3 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon chili sauce (add to your liking)
2 teaspoons sweet chili sauce
2 tablespoons peanut butter
2 cups chicken or turkey, cooked and shredded
1 (14 ounce) bag tortilla chips
1 cup mozza, shredded
1 cup taco cheese, shredded
2 carrots, shredded
3 green onions, sliced
1/4 cup roasted peanuts, chopped
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
3 tablespoons soy sauce
