Saucy, spicy, simply delicious Chicken Sloppy Joe\\\'s are the perfect use for leftover shredded chicken. Easy to make using pantry items. They make the perfect hot lunch and are a kid favorite!

1 tablespoon canola oil
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 1/2 cups cooked shredded chicken
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
3/4 - 1 can (13-15 ounces) tomato sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
4 hamburger buns or soft kaiser rolls, split (toasted optional)
