Fresh vegetables, cream cheese and chicken companion well in this tasty chicken spread recipe. It’s marvelous on whole grain, crunchy crackers. An easy way to liven up a party table or add a healthy snack food or sandwich spread to your menu. Garnish it with tomatoes and peppers. Like it spicy? Use spicy peppers!

one 12.5 oz. can chicken breasts.
1 large cucumber seeded, chopped shredded with one tsp. salt mixed in. set aside
1/2 medium onion rough chopped shredded
3 cloves garlic rough chopped
2 large krimson lee or pasilla peppers seeded and chopped
1 ounce cream cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 Tablespoon Montreal Chicken seasonings
