Chicken Stir Fry - Quick and Easy

A fast and easy weeknight meal the kids will love. Try it with steak, or chicken.

1lb skinless boneless chicken
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 cans sliced water chestnuts
1-2 cups Zucchini noodles
½ cup sliced mushrooms
½ cup chopped carrots
½ cup chopped green beans
Sauce mixture
½ cup low sodium Teriyaki sauce
¼ cup low sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
½ tablespoon corn starch
