Chicken Tinola

1/2 Kilo chicken (chop to you preferred size)
1 small green papaya (slices 1 inch thick)
1 clove garlic (minced)
2 red onions (sliced)
1 tbsp minced ginger
1 big red chili (optional)
3 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp butter
3 cups of rice water
Chili leaves
1. Heat pan and put the butter. Sautee garlic until medium brown, then add onions and ginger. 2. Add the chicken, sautee for 2-3 minutes. 3. Add the rice water, then pour in the fish sauce. Mix thoroughly and cover the pan. Bring it to boil. 4. After 5 minutes of boiling, add the sliced green papaya, let it simmer until the papaya become tender. 5. Add the chopped red chili, then adjust the taste according to your preference. 6. Turn off the stove and put the chili leaves then cover it again.
