Chicken thighs drowned in a roasted red pepper cream sauce that is good enough to drink with a straw.

8 Chicken Thighs (you can use skin on or boneless skinless)
3 tbsp Unsalted Butter
3 Cloves of Garlic (minced)
1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1 cup Chicken Broth
1/2 cup Heavy Cream
1/3 cup Roasted Red Peppers (julienned)
1/3 cup Fresh Parmesan (grated)
1/4 tsp Dried Thyme
1/4 tsp Dried Basil
2 tbsp Fresh Basil Leaves (chiffonade)
Salt & Pepper to Taste
