Chicken Wings Slow-Baked

5 pounds frozen chicken wings
10 ounce soy sauce
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup white sugar
2 tablespoons honey or molasses
1/8 teaspoon or to taste cayenne pepper, optional
5 cloves garlic, peeled
Place all ingredients except the chicken wings in a blender and combine. Line a 10-inch x 12-inch baking pan with foil. Place the frozen chicken wings in pan. Pour blended mixture over chicken wings. Bake at 250 degree for 2 to 2 ½ hours. Turn and baste chicken wings every 30 minutes. The wings will be done when they are tender. Place on platter and serve immediately or place in slow-cooker to keep them warm.
