Chicken with Herbs de Provence

Chicken roasted with Herbs de Provence and Garlic

4 -5 Bone in Chicken Thighs
3 T White wine
2 cloves garlic minced
1 T Herbs de Provence
2 T Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
Preheat oven 425 Rinse chicken and pat dry Mix wine, garlic, herbs and olive oil. Toss chicken in herb mixture to coat. Place in 9x13 roasting pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Bake 425 for 40 - 45 min until chicken is done and juices run clear. Serve with cous cous, rice or potatoes and green vegetable.
