Chicken with Tomato Herb Pan Sauce

A quick and simple summer recipe

2 Tablespoons butter, softened
1 large clove garlic, minced
2 teaspoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 1/2 teaspoons fresh basil, chopped
1 teaspoon fresh oregano, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded thin (1/2" thick)
2 cups/1 pint grape tomatoes
1/2 cup chicken broth
