Great Chile Egg Casserole for Easter, holiday or family gathering.

10 beaten eggs
1 lb Cheddar cheese
2 small cans green chiles
1/2 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 lb Monterrey Jack cheese
1 cup ham or bacon
1 pint cottage cheese
Beat eggs. Stir in green chilies, flour, cheese, salt, cottage cheese, baking powder. Cook bacon if adding bacon. Stir in ham or bacon. Bake 350 for 45 minutes in 9 x 13 pan. Till set up in the middle.
