Chili Casserole

An quick, easy and delicious lunch.

1- 40 ounce can low sodium chili
1- 4 ounce can green chilies
1- 2 1/4 ounce can sliced black olives
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
2 cups ranch flavored tortilla chips, crushed
Preheat oven to 350º F. Spray a 2 1/2 quart baking dish with cooking spray. In a large bowl combine the chili, green chilies, black olives and cheese. Add in the crushed chips and stir just until mixed....
