1 pound large shrimps
1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon dry sherry wine
1 tablespoon oil
green onions, chopped

Peel and devein shrimp, leaving tail intact. Wash under cold water and drain very well.
