MARINATE THE CHICKEN WITH CRUSHED GINGER GARLIC GREEN CHILLY AND BARBECUE SAUCE AND SALT FOR FEW HOURS GRILL THE CHICKEN TILL LIGHT BROWN BRUSH WITH OIL IN INTERVAL TAKE A PAN AND ADD LITTLE OIL IN IT AND SUGAR MAKE CARAMEL OUT OF IT NOW PUT COCO POWDER MIX WELL POUR OVER THE CHICKEN AND MIX WELL SPRINKLE PEPPER POWDER SERVE HOT

8 small taro roots
water
salt
1 cup yogurt, mixed with enough water to submerge roots (add salt)

  1. Wash the taro roots well.
  2. Slightly cut a slit into each root, but not big enough to split the root into two pieces. This will allow the water and marinade to go into the taro root
