Decadent chocolate sponge cake covered with lashings of with rich, sweet cream cheese frosting and filled with tart raspberries

175g butter (softened)
175g sugar
3 large eggs
150g plain (all-purpose) flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
30g cocoa powder
2-3 tablespoons milk

Frosting
100g cream cheese
150g butter
150g icing sugar
30g cocoa
black food colouring (optional)
Around 10-15 raspberries (with extra for decoration)
