Using cake mix, a handful of everyday ingredients & loads of chocolate chips, this chocolate dessert is utterly amazing!

1 chocolate cake mix
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter ( softened to room temperature )
1 egg
½ cup sweetened condensed milk
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 cup white chocolate chips
