Chocolate Caramel Poke Cake

IMHO this is the BEST EVER Poke Cake!!!! I've seen various versions of this cake and it's usually labeled as "Better than ..... Cake", while this may be true... To me it's one of the original Poke Cakes! It has Chocolate Cake, sweetened Condensed Milk, Caramel and Cool Whip. It is super quick, super easy and DELICIOUS!!!! This is a dessert that is even better when made the day before, so it's a great dessert to serve a party or cook-out! Hope you enjoy!

1 Box of Devil's Food Cake mix
1 (14 oz can) Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 (12 oz jar) Caramel Ice Cream Topping
1 (8oz) tub of Cool Whip
1 (8oz) Cream Cheese (softened)
Make Devil's Food Cake Mix according to box directions. Bake in 13 x 9 pan. When it comes out of oven, take bottom of wooden spoon and spray lightly with cooking spray and poke holes all over cake. Next drizzle the whole can of Sweetened Condensed Milk all over the cake, making sure you fill all the holes. Drizzle whole jar of Caramel topping all over the cake, making sure you fill all the holes. (*If you take lid off of jar of caramel and put it in microwave for about 8 to 10 seconds it pours out easier) While cake is cooling make the topping. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth, now add the Cool Whip and beat until blended. Spoon topping on the cake and refrigerate. The longer it sits and the cake absorbs the Sweetened Condensed Milk and Caramel the better and more moist it becomes! ENJOY!
