The best thing since sliced bread, bittersweet chocolate, white chocolate and caramel covered pretzels

12 large, whole sourdough hard pretzels
2 oz. bittersweet chocolate bar, chopped
10 caramels (I used Kraft Traditional Caramels)
1/2 tbsp. water
1 oz. white chocolate bar, chopped
Place pretzels on a large piece of wax paper. In a small bowl, microwave the bittersweet chocolate on high for 20 seconds. Stir and continue to cook in 20 second increments until chocolate will fully melt...
