Chocolate Chip Banana Oat Cookies With Butter Cream Frosting

If you like banana bread, or even if you don't, you'll enjoy these sweet frosted cookies.

Cookies:
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 cups quick oats
1/2 cup chocolate chips

1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 cups quick oats
1/2 cup chocolate chips
For Cookies:
Preheat oven to 350.
Combine bananas, sugar, oil, vanilla, and egg in a mixing bowl and beat until combined.
Add in flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg, and mix until smooth.

Pour in oats and chocolate chips and mix until incorporated.
On a cookie sheet, drop batter with a tablespoon or large fruit baller. Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden and centers are set. Remove from cookie sheet and cool on a wire rack.
