These blondies are deliciously thick and chewy, and loaded with chocolate chips. A perfect blondie base!

3/4 cup (170g) unsalted butter, melted
1 cup (200g) light brown sugar
1/2 cup (100g) caster/granulated sugar
1 large egg + 1 egg yolk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 and 1/2 cups (190g) plain/all-purpose flour
1 cup (175g) chocolate chips
