These quick cannoli cups are a great way to celebrate, and a tasty alternative to the classic Italian pastry.

For the filling:
1 (15 oz.) container whole milk ricotta cheese
3/4 cup powdered sugar + more for dusting
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips + more for garnish
2 teaspoons lemon zest

For the phyllo cups:
2 packages Athens mini phyllo shells, thawed
1 cup chocolate chips
2/3 cup chopped pistachios (or toasted coconut or sprinkles, or a combination)
