Delicious, portioned bites of egg-free cookie dough, sprinkled with chocolate chips and dunked in chocolate at the end just for good measure. Heavenly!

1 stick butter (1/2 cup), softened
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons milk
1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
Optional: Wilton Candy Melts for dipping bites
