Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Brownies

These chocolate chip cookie dough brownies are to die for! A fudgy brownie layer goes on the bottom and a eggless cookie dough goes on top (if you can keep yourself from eating it all before the brownies are done!)

Brownies:

4 oz of unsweetened baking chocolate, melted and cooled

1 C salted butter

2 C brown sugar

4 eggs

2 tsp pure vanilla extract

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp baking powder

1 C flour

Cookie Dough:
3/4 C salted butter

3/4 C brown sugar

3/4 C sugar

3 Tbsp heavy whipping cream

1 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

1 1/2 C flour

1 12 oz bag of mini chocolate chips
