A layer of thick, chewy, fudgy brownies topped with a creamy chocolate chip cookie dough, and dark chocolate!

For the Brownies
1/2 cup (60 g) plain flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 and 1/2 cups (170g) unsalted butter
1 and 1/2 cups (300g) granulated sugar
1/2 cup (50 g) cocoa powder
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Cookie Dough
1/2 cup (115 g) unsalted butter ( softened )
3/4 cup (150 g) caster sugar
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup (60 g) plain flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup (130 g) chocolate chips
For the Chocolate Layer
1/3 cup (75 g) unsalted butter
1 cup (175 g) high quality dark chocolate ( chopped )
