Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Ice Cream Pie

Balls of egg-free cookie dough in a creamy chocolate chip ice cream, frozen in an Oreo crust!

Cookie Dough
6 tbsp butter
1/3 cup dark brown sugar
1/8 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup flour
1 tsp milk
1/3 cup mini chocolate chips

Crust
15-20 oreos
1/4 cup butter, melted

Filling
8 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
8 oz cool whip
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips, divided
